JAMES QUAZI
James Quazi has a B.S. in Business from Cornell University with a concentration in architecture and design.
After spending several years in the building industry in New York, James moved to California two years ago to
focus on Home Performance Contracting and its application to the growing field of green building.
James is a licensed general contractor (Class B) as well as a NARI Certified Green Building Professional (CGBP).
NEIL BUCKLEY
Neil Buckley has a B.A. in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley
and has many years experience working for small software development companies such as AQUA Software Inc.
in Santa Ana, CA and Instructional Systems Consultants in New York City.
During these years, he has worked as a software developer and managed small development
teams in high demand situations.
He brings a breadth of development knowledge and leadership skills to Building Solutions.
MATT KEALEY
Matthew Kealey is a California native and a former United States Marine.
After his tour in the Marine Corps, he returned home to continue honing his skills in
Hydronics and HVAC technologies.
Matt soon realized the tremendous demand for renewable energy pertaining to plumbing and HVAC systems,
and redirected his focus towards building performance and renewable resources.
Matt contributes his infectious charisma and an unrivaled work ethic to our ever evolving company.
SCOTT LOWERY
Scott Lowery is the newest addition to the building
solutions team. He has a BS in Environmental Science
from Gettysburg College and worked in Africa as an
Environmental Education Volunteer in the Peace Corps.
Upon returning, Building Solutions was his chosen
vehicle to advance mankind.
